Southwest District Soccer League has decided to implement an open time frame for membership to submit League Rules and Regulations change requests. A League Rule Change Request Form has been created and is attached for your use. All requests must be submitted via this form; forms that are not complete will not be taken into consideration.
The time period for when you can request such changes will be from September 20th 2019 to October 20th 2019.
Completed forms are to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Following October 20th the league will review all submissions and take survey results into consideration to determine changes for the Outdoor 2020 season.
